Professional Background
Larry
Hoffman formed
Tri-Tech Surveying Company, LP in 1994 and serves as President and General
Manager. Tri-Tech Surveying Company, LP has grown in size from 12
employees in 1994 to over 120 in 2006 with offices in Houston, Dallas and
Kerrville. Mr. Hoffman set a goal in 2004 to grow the business 20%-25%
each year for the next four years. He has so far achieved this goal and is
on track to meet or exceed this goal in 2006.
From Tri-Tech’s inception, Mr. Hoffman has formed five
(5) affiliated companies of Tri-Tech Surveying Company, LP. All are
surveying companies with the exception of one which is a general contracting
company. In addition, Mr. Hoffman has purchased eight (8) surveying
companies in an effort to continue to grow the business.
With almost 30-years of surveying experience, Mr.
Hoffman has been working with Texas developers to help build our communities and
protect clients’ property rights. Mr. Hoffman’s dedication to quality
work, graphic detail and personal services has enabled Tri-Tech Surveying
Company, LP to build a list of satisfied clients that includes developers, home
builders, engineers, architects, law firms, general contractors, and other real
estate professionals.
